General bookings

By confirming a booking, the following terms are agreed to:

• Payment
  • All bookings must be paid within 7 days of the journey date.
  • Full payment is required prior to the booking date for journeys over 100km in total.
• Cancellations
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may be charged the full booking price.
  • Any cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may be charged at 25% of the total booking price.
  • Any cancellations made prior to 7 days of the booking date may be fully refundable, excluding transfer fees.
  • Edison Wheelchair Transport reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time in which case a full refund may be offered.
  • Failure to cancel a booking may incur the full booking price.
• Changes
  • Our arrangements can be flexible and changes may be permitted.

 

Public holidays

By confirming a booking, the following terms are agreed to:

• Payment
  • Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the booking date.
• Cancellations
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may be charged the full booking price.
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date may be charged at 50% of the total booking price.
  • Any cancellations made prior to 14 days of the booking date may be fully refundable, excluding transfer fees.
  • Edison Wheelchair Transport reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time in which case a full refund may be offered.
  • Failure to cancel a booking may incur the full booking price.
• Changes
  • Our arrangements can be flexible and changes may be permitted.

 

International bookings

By confirming a booking, the following terms are agreed to:

• Payment
  • Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the booking date.
• Cancellations
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may be charged the full booking price.
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date may be charged at 25% of the total booking price.
  • Any cancellations made prior to 14 days of the booking date may be fully refundable, excluding transfer fees.
  • Edison Wheelchair Transport reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time in which case a full refund may be offered.
  • Failure to cancel a booking may incur the full booking price.
• Changes
